PROJECT SUMMARY
Background
BOT VFX provides VFX services ranging from rotoscopy and paint to compositing involving CG elements and particle effects, and asset development. They have worked with nearly 350 clients around the world.
S2 is a internal platform to monitor, maintain, and track the internal working, planning and scheduling of the organization.
S2 platform faces challenges with inefficient navigation, complex workflows and unstructured layouts, leading to reduced productivity. How can we enable users to streamline navigation and simplify workflows to enhance usability and improve efficiency.
This project resulted in 80% reduction in user confusion, making it easier for users to find what they need without unnecessary friction and improved consistency across all sections of the product. It also led to 60% faster task completion and reduction in time to complete task.

Collaborative Decision-Making and clear communication:
Involving developers and stakeholders early on smooths decision-making and reduces the need for rework. It was necessary for me to be in touch with stakeholders to understand the nuances of the behavior patterns. I set up weekly calls to run ideas by them.
Dependence on Data:
As the sole designer on this project and in an organization where UX design was not fully understood, to made decisions and gain alignment, I relied heavily on data and factual insights, ensuring that every recommendation was backed by evidence.
