E-bikes have become increasingly popular as an alternative mode of transportation, as they offer a way to travel longer distances and tackle hills with less effort than a traditional bicycle. E-bike use is growing in some markets, as they are seen as an eco-friendly and healthy alternative to cars, fossil fuel-powered mopeds and small motorcycles and a less physically intense alternative to conventional bicycles.

One of the key drivers of E-Bike demand is the desire for a more sustainable mode of transportation. E-Bikes emit no greenhouse gases and have a much smaller carbon footprint than traditional gasoline-powered vehicles, making them a popular choice among environmentally conscious consumers. Another factor contributing to the growth in demand for E-Bikes is the increasing popularity of cycling for recreation and commuting.

E-Bikes make cycling more accessible, especially for people who live in hilly areas or those who want to cover longer distances without getting fatigued. This has made E-Bikes a popular choice among commuters, recreational cyclists, and elderly people.

With Glide, the daily commute becomes not just a means of transportation but an enjoyable, effortless and eco-friendly journey. Its convenience and safety features combine to create an easy commuting experience.

This mode is on when the cycle is just started or at a halt. All the features and functions are available to use in this mode.

This mode is activated when the user is cycling. The touch display on the cycle is disabled for user safety.

I tested multiple colour palettes that optimized readability and ensured rider safety across diverse lighting scenarios.

 Upon activation or halting of the bike, all features and functions are accessible within this state.

Ride Mode

Automatically engages during biking, prioritizing safety by disabling the touch display to keep your eyes on the road.

Accident Prevention

Provides visual and haptic feedback warnings when the bike gets too close to any object and there are possibilities of collision.

Navigation

Prioritize safety and precision with Navigation to go with intuitive directions and confidently tackle any adventure with Trip Planner's route planning.
